Keeper issues

Postby weig0132 » Sat Mar 16, 2013 1:20 am

I can keep up to 4 player in my 10 man ppr league, but in return I must give up my first 4 round picks. I already have a no brainer in keeping Ray Rice, Trent Richardson, and Aaron Rodgers, but I cannot decide who my fourth keeper should be. Larry Fitzgerald with yet again another shaky QB situation, Greg Jennings who will be Minnesota's number 1, or Mike Wallace.

Please help and I will return the favor.

All three of these guys have QB question marks that would force me to reassess their value. If I had to choose one, I'd take Fitz I guess... He is a stud who is worth the gamble that his QB will be decent. I also wouldn't feel too bad about throwing them all back and taking the third round pick. Worst case scenario, you draft one of them with that pick anyway, best case you get someone a little better.

I really like Wallace. Arizona is the place NFL greats go to die. I feel bad for fitz, I just don't see it getting any better. I see a lot of movement by Miami in the free agency period, and I think the Tannehill/Wallace combo will do great things next year as Miami gives the pats a run for their money.

I would throw them all back....and see what's available with the extra pick......worst case you get one of them...Why not try and upgrade......

Fitz - Wr 10-15
Jennings - WR 20-25
Wallace - WR 25-30

I'd keep Fitz , Arians will use him like they did Wayne

Yeah, it'd be hard to drop Fitzy, his best years may be behind him, but he's still one of the greatest of all time, and should have an upswing this year with Palmer in town, provided the line can give Palmer some time.

Another way of looking at it, would you consider Fitzgerald as one of the top 40 players next year? I'd put him around 30-40 overall, so I'd want to keep him.
