Seventeen Weeks: VP, 2QBs, dynasty w/ simple salary cap

I am thinking of creating a new Draft League on MFL.com. I am still fleshing out the details, but generally it would follow along the following:

One division
Played over 17 Weeks
Victory Points: 3 points for each H2H win, 5 points for top score of the week, 4 points for second highest, 3 points for third highest, and so on...

11 Starters - 1 QB, 1 QB/RB, 2 RBs, 3 WRs, 1 TE, 1 DST, 1 PK
Mild PPR element and emphasis on yards over TDs (3/5 pts for TDs)
Unlimited rosters (minimum salary set at 500k)
18 Franchises - means everyone plays everyone else once
Salary cap of $150m
Slow Auction draft in August
$50 dollar buy-in
Payouts of $350 / $100 / $50
Tie broken by highest points over any weekend.
