as far as Thrifty's comments about draft, I am out Saturday (opening baseball weekend with two kids playing) but could probably make Sunday work
I just made a thread with the order, and yours is a little different then mine, but I think it's just because of the difference in the order the teams finished. The way I've done it each year is for non play-off teams, you go by regular season record and if there is a tie, it goes to head-to-head record. For playoff teams, it doesn't go by regular season record. The two teams that lose in the first round get matched up, and their head-to-head record determines who picks first. The same goes for the 2 teams to lose in the second round, and then the championship game is straight forward.
I just haven't told em to get on the site yet, it's not a big deal. I'm busy, it's the end of the semester I've got a lot going on. How does this dispersal draft work? I'm cool with it I'm just not sure I fully understand the concept.

It's my understanding that all the teams involved in the dispersal draft will have their existing rosters and rookie draft picks thrown together into a pool. The owners will then have a draft to select those players and picks.
Timing is of the essence, as we can't start the rookie draft until after the dispersal draft.
Can you please ask the two newbies to come to this forum so we can get the ball rolling?
