Due to a technicality, I need to ask the forum for their opinion and don't want to provide much detail. Please vote!

Final Regular Season Standing (13 game record in Yahoo)
Yahoo Playoff Consolation (the bottom 6 teams with their own playoff)

I already voted, because it will most likely be my answer anyway, but I would like some clarification. For the "Yahoo Playoff Consolation" bracket, do you mean the winner of that? Or the lowest seed eliminated?

I would definitely say the regular season loser, i assume this is to determine draft order this year. You dont want a team that has been in playoff contention all year and barely misses it to essentially tank the playoffs and then get the first pick next year. At the same time you dont want a team that was horrible all year to get a few lucky breaks in a 2-3 week stretch and end up costing them 3-4 picks. If you are setting draft order based on finishing position it should be the worst team picking first which would be most accurately reflected in the regular season loser

I agree... Some people could value the first pick over winning a consolidation bracket.
