Looking for dedicated owners to join a new College Dynasty League I am launching in the next week or so. League is for expert players and has a bit of a twist to the recruiting/drafting process.

Welcome to THE ELITE College Football Program
Welcome to The Elite Football League. This is a college fantasy league designed to test your recruiting skills. Scoring (see rules section) is a generic type system used in many fantasy leagues.
What sets this league apart is that its design is to test how well you can find the "diamonds in the rough", if you will, of incoming collegiate freshmen and JUCO players.
This is the first year of the league. I am looking for 14 teams that will be set up in one 14-team division. Regular season will be Week 1 thru 13 of the college season. You will play every team once. The top 2 teams (best OVERALL record with the tie breaker being total points scored) will play against each other in the Elite Championship Game in Week 14 which from here on out will be known as the Hooters Bowl (love the wings and atmosphere). All other teams in Week 14 will be paired in bowls games via record (total points tiebreaker) to battle for other final places to determine recruitments spots for next year. For Example #3 vs #4 for 3rd and 4th place, #5 vs #6 for 5th and 6th place, etc.
Each team will have a 40 player roster including offensive and defensive players and will play a total of 14 players each week (1 QB, 2 RBs, 3 WRs, 1 TE, 1 Kicker, 2 DL, 2 LB, 2 DB). The challenge of the league will be your knowledge of all incoming recruits. We will hold an initial league draft with a twist. The twist being the first 30 players for each team can be ANY current FBS player (2013 R-FR, SO, JR or SR that was on an FBS team in 2012. No 2013 Freshmen or JUCOs that signed in 2013 can be taken in this portion of the process. They will be selected in Freshmen/JUCO Recruiting Period). (NOTE: List of schools are under the 2013 Recruiting Tab where the drop menu has each recruiting session). Though there will be 30 rounds, we will have a little more than 3 sessions with only 1 player from each FBS school can be taken during that session. So, if the owner with the first selection picks Johnny "Football" Manziel, QB, for Texas A&M, with the first selection then no other Aggie player can be taken until at least one player has been taken from every school including teams like Tulane, Texas-San Antonio, UMass, Hawaii and even Army. Once a player is taken from every FBS school then we will start Session 2 with same format regardless where we are in the selection process. Draft/Recruiting will be in a snake system where owner that picks last in the first round will then that pick first in the next round. After this intial draft will will ONLY recruit freshmen or JUCOs each following year (EXCEPT for Expansion of new teams, see Explanation at the bottom).
WE WILL BEGIN THIS PORTION OF THE PROCESS AS SOON AS WE HAVE 14 TEAMS.
After the 30 current players have been chosen for each team. We will start a 10-player freshman/JUCO draft (players that are part of a schools 2013 recruiting class) to finish out our 40-man roster with a new session so that all schools will be available but again during this session just one new incoming freshman/JUCO may be taken from each school. And the same for Session 2 as we need to finish the 140 freshman player process. We will use this system to refill rosters each year. What players you recruit you keep until they leave school via graduation, NFL, transfer or are dismissed from their university. If a player transfers to another FBS school, the owner will have the right to keep or cut him. All players that transfer to any school outside the FBS will also be removed from a team's roster at the end of the season. In all future drafts/recruiting periods only incoming freshmen or JUCO transfer may be selected. Some teams may have to replace 7 spots, some 15 but the system will be the same with the just 1 recruit taken from a single school. The team that won the championship picks first in next year's Draft, 2nd place picks 2nd, etc., as in the better schools get the better recruits. Once you fill your roster you will be removed from the draft so that it can continue. The first year of the Freshmen/JUCO recruiting will be in a snake format. However, after the first year, the recruiting process WILL NOT SNAKE. As I said above the better teams should get the better recruits.
