The main thought on Harvin is look at his stats when he had guys like Ponder at QB- they were respectable. Now imagine those stats with an even better QB. Potentially, theoretically, etc. they can top V. Cruz's stats.
You also have to consider a lot more though.. will Seattle force-feed Harvin the ball as much as Min did? Without AP drawing safeties to the line of scrimmage, will Harvin have as much room to roam? Will Wilson have as good chemistry with him as Ponder did? All stuff that can throw a wrench in the planning.
V. Cruz on the other hand is a known commodity. It's a question of whether you take the 1000 yards and 9 TDs, or do you take the guy who could
do more. Seems most people like the allure of the unknown. Personally, I'm very high on Cruz and would take him.
