Just doesn't look good at this point. Brady takes a small hit in value, as does the rest of the Pats offense IMHO. Not sure where Hernandez's targets go, likely some combination of Dobson/Ballard/Vereen.

Maybe Hernandez can bunk with Rae Carruth.

Gronk just finishing surgery on back, and Hernandez is now having potential legal issues. It is going be a poor year for Brady.

Hopefully for Pats fans Amendola can stay healthy all season. Gronk will get his, but not near the level of the past couple seasons.

Maybe they have Tebow play a little TE???

Source: Aaron Hernandez barred by Patriots
Friday, June 21, 2013

Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez, whose sprawling North Attleboro home is part of a homicide probe, was booted from Gillette Stadium yesterday when he showed up for a workout as cops continued to hunt for clues in the death of a Dorchester man, according to a source close to the team.

Hernandez, 23, was allowed in the building, but staff was waiting for him and instructed him to leave, the source told the Herald.

Patriots spokesman Stacey James would only say that he had no idea why Hernandez came to the Foxboro stadium yesterday.

“No coaches are here,” said James, declining to comment further.

Also yesterday, Rumor nightclub manager Thomas Moore told the Herald that Hernandez and 27-year-old homicide victim Odin L. Lloyd sat together at a VIP table at the Theatre District nightspot last Friday reveling around a roped-off table with several hangers-on.

Investigators probing Lloyd’s homicide have reviewed surveillance tapes from the club that night, sources said. A spokeswoman for Bristol District Attorney Sam Sutter, who is heading the probe, declined to comment, except to say the investigation is “fluid and very active.”

Anyone have a scenario in which Hernandez isn't guilty on some level of this murder?

Which retread will provide hidden value? Emphasize the run game more? Though it may not end well, it will be a pretty interesting season for Brady and the Brain.

A Gimp, a murder suspect, a WR who can't stay healthy, a couple rookies, and a bunch of NFL castoffs... for the 1st time in a long time, I want nothing to do w/ the NE receiving corps nor their QB come draft day...

Prior to 2007 (when the Patriots decided to address their receivers) Brady averaged roughly 3700/25 a season.

2007 and on he's averaged roughly 4600/37.

IMO, there is no way Brady should be considered a top 5 QB going into drafts this summer.

Waters near Aaron Hernandez's home searched by police

Massachusetts State Police set up a tent near New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez's North Attleboro home Monday morning, as they searched nearby waters for evidence connected to the Odin Lloyd homicide investigation, NFL Network's Rich Hollenberg reported. At least six officers were present, with some dressed in full scuba gear and carrying metal detectors.

Around 1:40 p.m. ET on Saturday, State Police arrived at Hernandez's home and began searching inside and around the property.

Nearly four hours later, law enforcement officials exited Hernandez's home carrying what appeared to be multiple evidence bags, which the officials loaded into an unmarked vehicle that then left. The remaining authorities at the home departed shortly thereafter.

A local police officer who was on site told Hollenberg that "this is way beyond what we're used to."

Michael Fee, one of Hernandez's legal representatives, arrived at the residence at 3:37 p.m. ET, nearly two hours after the police. He left with a woman in a silver SUV just after 6 p.m.

Hollenberg spoke with the Bristol County District Attorney's Office on Saturday and was told the investigation is still active and ongoing.

Aaron Hernandez was taken out of his house in handcuffs Wednesday morning.
At roughly 8:45 a.m. ET, authorities knocked on Hernandez's door. He answered without a shirt on and looked surprised when told he was being taken into custody. Hernandez was placed in handcuffs and led to a police vehicle. As of now, we don't know exactly what the charge is. Reports from last week stated an arrest warrant had been issued for obstruction of justice. Hernandez allegedly destroyed his cell phone and security system in the hours following the murder of semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd. Surveillance video showed Hernandez and Lloyd together hours before the murder.

Seems like the police are sending him a message with the way they arrested him Image
Usually they allow a high profile defendant like this to turn himself in
