Hey guys. Here is my roster for my 12 team PPR Dynasty league going into it's 9th season. We've just had our rookie draft and my roster looks like this:
QB,QB,RB,RB,WR,WR,WR,W/R,W/R, DST, K
QB- RGIII, Christian Ponder, Nick Foles, Terrell Pryor RB- SJax, Alfred Morris, Darren Sproles, Le'Veon Bell, Michael Bush, Bilal Powell, Christine Michael, Marcus Lattimore WR- Dez Bryant, Wes Welker, Antonio Brown, Denarius Moore, Alshon Jeffrey, Cordarrelle Patterson TE- Vernon Davis, Jordan Cameron K- Sebastien Janikowski, Steven Hauschka DST- New England, Houston
Things I know right off the bat:
My QB depth is terrible. One injury and I am screwed. This position has killed me in the past few years, I've had trouble accumulating depth there. I added Terrelle Pryor because he's the only guy on the WW with any potential to see game action, but I'm not expecting him to be on my roster by year's end.
My WR's are probably my strongest point. Which is why I was thinking of trading Welker for a better QB or packing Welker and SJax for a premier RB1.
I like my RB's, but there isn't really one standout guy. It used to be SJax, but not anymore. I'd feel better padding Morris and Sproles with a legit RB1, and hoping that a healthy Le'Veon Bell and Sproles could give me a dynamic FLEX combination along with Morris and that RB1 if I can ever get my hands on one.
What do you guys suggest doing going forward? Would you try to move Welker or SJax (or both) to upgrade at QB or RB, or do you think the team is ok how it is and moving Welker would be dumb? I'm worried that a full year of Ponder at QB2 could potentially sink me, especially if RGIII isn't fully healthy.
EDIT: I have updated my team after the waiver period has come to an end. The above roster is how my team looks as of right now.

QB- RGIII, Christian Ponder, Nick Foles, Terrell Pryor Love RG3 but rest is weak. If he is hurt you are in trouble.
RB- SJax, Alfred Morris, Darren Sproles, Le'Veon Bell, Michael Bush, Bilal Powell, Christine Michael, Marcus Lattimore Nice rbs. Morris and bell are young and Michael looks good. SJax should be good for a couple years.
WR- Dez Bryant, Wes Welker, Antonio Brown, Denarius Moore, Alshon Jeffrey, Cordarrelle Patterson Love your wrs. Good youth and depth. Welker should also do well for a couple years ESP PPR
TE- Vernon Davis, Jordan Cameron Very nice
I would try to move SJax and/or welker to get more depth at QB.
I am not a huge dynasty guy, but to me it looks like a decent squad here. You have a nice mix of a couple older performers and a bunch of young guys. As you said, you are weak behind RGIII, but he's going to run less, and QBs are usually low injury risk, so I think you are fine.
Qbs - Pretty week. You have 2 unproven guys in Foles/Pryor, Ponder isn't that great, RG3 decent, but coming off injury. Could use improvement here
RBs- you're right, there isn't a standout guy in a league where there are only a few standout guys, would've been nice to grab at least one. Jackson might be serviceable in ATL on that good offense. Sproles is hit and miss, michael bush gets some goalline work, but can't be counted on week in and week out. A little better than your QB squad, not much
WRs - Definitely the strong point on your team. Theres a decent amount of WRs out there though so will be hard to trade one for a good QB or RB, you'de probably have to get rid of Dez bryant to get anything substantial in return
TEs - Decent TE, pretty much drop off after Jimmy graham, all the rest are about the same going into season.
I would watch waiver wire like a hawk and really try to get a RB that is #2 on their team right now but might emerge because of injury. Keep an eye on Andre Brown in NYG or Jackson in BUF if they are available. Otherwise you're gonna have to see if someone comes out of no where. Good luck
