12 Team Standard - #7 Pick - Rate My Team

Postby Moss84 » Wed Aug 28, 2013 4:07 pm

12 team standard (keeper league - keep 2 players drafted after round 5 in 2012). My keepers wer Vincent Jackson and Rashard Mendenhall (not great).

Scoring is 4pts per pass TD, 6 per run/rush TD. Yardage - 1 pt per 10 yards rush/rec and 1 pt per 25 Passing yards.

Start (10): 1 QB, 1 RB , 2 WR, 1 TE, 3 FLEX (RB/WR/TE) - Max of 3 RBs.

At first glance - My RB depth is concerning but I like my WRs.

Player Overall Pick
WR: Vincent Jackson - Keeper
Julio Jones - 18
Marques Colston - 31
Josh Gordon - 66
Michael Floyd - 79
Ryan Broyles - 103

TE: Martellus Bennett - 90
Tyler Eifert - 138

RB: Jamaal Charles - 7
Ahmad Bradshaw - 55
Rashard Mendenhall - Keeper
Pierre Thomas - 114
Danny Woodhead - 127

QB: Matt Ryan - 42
K: Blair Walsh - 151
DEF: Vikings - 162

I think your team will go essentially as Mendenhall goes. If he can return to his pre-injury form, you're looking great, especially for a 12 team league. However, RB is probably still an area of concern for you. Charles is great, but for me Mendenhall and Bradshaw are question marks right now. If they're healthy (Charles for that matter, too), they will compliment your receivers very nicely.

Ryan is great at QB and Jones, Colston and Jackson could be dynamic. I'd hope for an injury free year and you could certainly compete in your league. Very nice looking team, now let's just pray the injury bug stays away.
