Analysis from a rookie (so take it with a pound of salt):
First team: Looks pretty good. Good job poaching Ben Tate; if Foster goes down to injury early he could have a big season. Overall, I don't see any significant holes here.
Second team: I disagree with Foster at #2 because of the injury risk. I wouldn't have taken him before around the 8th pick, maybe even not until the second round. Yahoo ranked him 9th overall for a reason. You did handcuff him, so that should help limit the damage if/when he does get injured, but I still think that's way too early for him. Also, Marshall is dealing with a hip injury and is not certain for Week 1. Ben Tate and Bernard are both backups/handcuffs; Bernard will get some carries despite that, but not a lot and so you may be hurting on depth at RB, especially when bye weeks roll around, unless the second Ben Tate you listed was supposed to be someone else. I don't see any other serious holes, but I'm not familiar with many of these players.
The trade: Ryan would definitely be an upgrade at QB, but I'd recommend against the one-for-one here because as I said above, I think you have depth issues at RB. I'd counter with a two-for-two: Bernard and Cutler for Ryan and the other guy's RB4, if you think the RB4 would make a decent fantasy backup (or even the other guy's RB3 if you think he wants Bernard that badly). That way you can upgrade your QBs and possibly help your RB depth at the same time.
