Texans have come out and said they are going to break in Foster slow. Do I start him, Tate, or Steve Smith against the Saints D? .5 ppr btw
QB- Matt Ryan. T Pryor
RB- Arian Foster, Steven Jackson, Reggie Bush, Joique Bell
WR- Reggie Wayne, Dwayne Bowe, Steve Smith, Greg Jennings, Nate Washington, Keenan Allen
TE- Jermichael Finley, Coby Fleener
D- Seahawks
10 man .5 PPR

I'm assuming by Steve Smith you mean Stephan Jackson. So if that's the case then Stephan Jackson. If you did mean Steve Smith and have a flex play, then they are playing the Seahawks, and in that case start Tate. But Stephan Jackson is the main back against the Saints D. Tate will have to split carries with Foster, and they aren't going to limit Foster entirely. I think Tate has upside because he will probably be in all goal line situations, however he is still splitting with Foster. Jackson getting all the carries against the Saints D seems like a better option to me.

So I would have to say Tate then. If they plan on limiting Foster, you know he's not going to get any goal line touches.

Start your stud in foster and don't look back. If he's healthy which he says he is then he will get his fair share of work

Foster. I see at least a TD even if he doesn't get 30 carries.

Yeah I'd still go Foster with those options. They've said that before and then given him a full load once he looked fine. It's a risk, but they all are and he has the highest upside.
