Pretty solid team. I'm going to make comments about it assuming a ESPN standard starting lineup of QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, Flex, TE, K, DST. If your roster settings are any different than that then this may not quite apply.

I'm a bit concerned about your RB depth. McFadden will be a fine flex if he can stay healthy for the year but that is something that is always in question with him. Behind him you have a true back up in Bryce Brown and someone who may be in the bad part of a timeshare in Mikel Leshoure. A slipup, injury, or bye week to any of your top 3 RBs could force you into flexing a WR. This isn't a terrible option, but in standard leagues I usually want to have a RB in my flex. While you likely got decent value where you landed Wallace, Jones, and Williams I personally would've snuck in another RB there because of the fact that I am low on McFadden.

You do have some solid top end talent on this team, though. Brady, TRich, Ridley, Cobb and a healthy Gronk should keep you competitive on a week to week basis with any team in a 12 team league. I also like the upside of Blackmon with the 4 game suspension suppressing his ADP.

Good luck ;-D

If u have a flex spot you are solid as long as run DMC can manage to hold up.. I agree with the guys post above tho, your RB depth is a mess unless there no flex spot in this league..Stay up on the wire and there will be rb's pop up you can snag from the wire.. ;-D

your only real weakspot is your wr's i would say look to maybe trade up for one. Despite what others say, Your RB's look good and Mcfadden looks good as a flex.
