QB 8 - im not a fan of injury prone qbs. Last thing i want is my main qb going down mid season or worse, during playoffs. Like most mobile qbs, rg3 will have his fair share of injury time and your backup prolly won't end up being the guy you start in his place.

RB 10 - 2 great starters with good depth. When i saw McFadden i was ready to give a lower score but you have enough depth there to take the risk on him. Could end up paying off.

WR 9.5 - bmarsh concerns me with his injury but im sure he will end up fine. Ive always liked colston and hes very underrated. And the rest are solid guys who will get looks. Cant ask for more than that.

TE 7 - as a titans fan i know all about cook. Hes got all the potential on the world as a receiver but loses playing time bc he cant block. Jeff Fisher couldnt utilize him correctly in TEN, and i don't think he will be able to in STL. I expect another lackluster season. If sudfeld is available (tho doubtful) grab him now and thank me later.

Overall 9 - the team is a if rg3 can avoid injury. Very solid all around and you should have no issue making playoff

Good team, nice depth. I'm not as concerned about potential injury for RG3 as the above poster, but there is potential for that just the same. I'd also want a better backup QB than Pryor (unless he surprises this year, but that seems like a long shot!)

IF Sudfeld is available, follow the advice above. He'll be a top 10 TE this year, so about a WR2 in value. Although, he is another injury risk, so you may want to keep Cook as insurance, maybe drop Givens? Just a thought.
