First off If you have a elite QB, don't take a backup QB period. Use those bench spots on RB's and WR's. It's a wasted pick to take another starter when you have Manning. When Manning has bye week pick up a QB off waivers with a good match up. Secondly I can only assume you mean Le'Veon Bell, in which case it's a no brainer, take Austin. Even when Bell does come back the backfield is still very likely to be a time share situation. Bell and Redman were even named ''co-starters'' before Bell's injury and that should tell you something. Besides, you already have Lamar Miller, you're covered at #3 rb for now. Take Austin and then take Redman with a very late pick, you could very well end up with not only Austin but the most valuable Steelers running back for fantasy this year anyway when all is said and done.

Tough choice, considering your lineup requirements, RB is not as important as most leagues.

However, this lineup requirement makes WR more important, so I'd rank them as follows-

Austin
Bell
Stafford
