How to set up a new league?

This was my first yr in a FF league - it kicked butt! I was hoping to learn more about a rotisserie league (is that the same as matching up competitors head to head each week?), and whether or not we should continue with a keeper league. We're currently in a league of 9 players and 3 more will be joining next yr. Is that unfair to keep players while the newcomers have a smaller pool to choose from?

Are there any articles or websites that I can reference where it shows me how to set up a league, and the different ways you can compete. Thanks alot forum, this site helped me out a lot this year!

I play in a 12 team head to head league. We are not a keeper league because it seems that every year we have 1 or 2 people who drop out and then we have to replace them.

The Yahoo site may have some info. on the different types of leagues or you might could try http://www.fftoday.com. They have some pretty interesting articles.
