Why won't the Giants sign Kevin Smith??

Postby JimiRayThunderaxe » Tue Sep 10, 2013 3:26 pm

This guy was solid for the Lions until they felt compelled to use LeShoure due to the fact they burned a 2nd round pick on him.

He is healthy, very relieable, I believe he even catches passes (?).

Oh yeah, he's really cheap too.

WHY have the Giants not signed this guy and continue to consider guys like Wells, Hightower and McGahee all of whom are physically broken??

Was half way expecting a 4-6rnd conditional draft pick to the Bills for Jackson. Clearly has gas left in the tank, can do whatever you might ask of him, and I don't recall fumbling to be an issue. Would have help the Bills see if Spiller is what they think he is.

Can't comment on K Smith, don't like the guy, don't like players who can't break tackles and lack elusiveness.
