This whole thing about Lynch vs Forte... To me in a PPR, I would rather have Forte purely because I think yardage and catches seem to be way more stable then scores. I think this year especially, the gap between Forte and Lynch in terms of scores is going to be a lot closer then before, as stated above Forte is getting goalline work this year which increases his value and I do think Forte will catch somewhere around the 50-60 balls, so in a PPR, I personally would much rather have Forte. As for Lynch being "safer" I'm not sure I agree with that, sure he's played most of the games the last two seasons, but before that he hadnt played an entire season, a guy like Lynch takes a beating week in and week out, not sure he's necessarily more likely to play a full season.
Lets look at the obvious, Jordy>>>Hilton and to me, and maybe this doesn't go for the Lunch owner as everyone values players differently, but I view Forte and Lynch essentially even, maybe a slight edge to Lynch because of the scores, but like I said I think Forte's catches more then make up for any difference in scores.
All that said, I think it's a good deal.. For you, not sure the other owner will feel its fair purely because you're trying to sell on Hilton low and buy Jordy high, and I don't think in that case the other owner is getting enough in return. If the other owner goes for it then yeah it's great, not sure why he would, his receivers don't look bad and his backs are fine..
