Forte/Lynch trade?

Postby bcbhockey68 » Thu Sep 12, 2013 9:10 am

So I have been throwing around the idea of potentially trading one of my top backs for some depth at the RB position. So yesterday I proposed Lynch for David Wilson and Forte but other owner sent back Lynch and Edelman for those two. I like it but I would love some others opinions. Thanks!

10 team standard scoring:

QB Robert Griffin III, Wsh QB
RB Marshawn Lynch, Sea RB
RB Maurice Jones-Drew, Jac RB
WR Brandon Marshall, Chi WR
WR Andre Johnson, Hou WR
TE Jared Cook, StL TE
FLEX Julian Edelman, NE WR
D/ST Cowboys D/ST D/ST
K Greg Zuerlein, StL K
Le'Veon Bell, Pit RB Q
Kenny Britt, Ten WR
Chris Givens, StL WR
Jonathan Dwyer, Pit RB
Malcom Floyd, SD WR
Brandon Pettigrew, Det TE
Michael Bush, Chi RB

I would pass, lynch in a standard scoring is better then Forte and once Bell comes back your depth will be fine. I dot think Wilson will lose much unless he fumbles again, but I don't think the giants want to be forced to use Scott and Jacobs. I guess if you feel like you need the depth then it makes sense and you have the WR depth to pull it off, I would rather stick with what you have though.

Although I hate to lose Lynch, I really don't see Le'veon Bell coming back this year. He has the dreaded lisfranc injury (just ask MJD and Run DMC how they recovered from that lol) plus he is a rookie on a terrible team. RBs are hard to find and although I would love to stick with what I got I feel that my depth issues require it. Also I'm more comfortable starting a RB in the flex than I am a WR but that's just my opinion.
