T.Y. Hilton bounce back?

Postby Chaoyi Shih » Fri Sep 13, 2013 12:48 am

After disappointed week 1 performance, what's your take on T.Y. Hilton

i started him over Cameron Jordan for my flex which obviously was a bad idea.
with Danny Amendola out for couple weeks, i am forced to start him as my WR3.

Him and Megatron are 2 players i happen to get in both league (cafe and money) and was hoping to give me some edges over other team's WR core, but that plan failed badly in week 1.

anyone think T.Y. Hilton will put some WR2 number?
or should i replace him with WRs like Golden Tate or Lance Moore?

an article i read today.

Oh he'll bounce back, just as soon as we all get frustrated and bench him - so probably week 3 or 4 he goes off. One of the first questions Coach Pagano was asked after week 1 was 'where was T.Y.?' and it's acknowledged that he needs to be on the field more. Despite what Pep Hamilton says and wants the league to believe, we're still a passing team. With Ballard now out, the emphasis on passing will be even more pronounced and that should mean more snaps for Hilton (assuming Luck lives long enough to throw the ball).

Hilton is a play maker who is probably going to frustrate us with big weeks followed by 4/30/0 weeks. A consistent WR2? I don't know that I'd go that far, but I'm keeping him as WR3/4 material. All it will take is the Colts committing to three WR sets or Heywood-Bey not living up to expectations and Hilton suddenly makes the difference in your lineup for what was probably a value-round pick in your draft.

Pretty good game for him today. 6 for 124, too bad he couldn't find the endzone.
A win next week and all is forgotten.
