I give: Trent Richardson Russell Wilson Rob Gronkowski
I receive: Doug Martin Matt Ryan Antonio Brown/Julian Edelman
the guy said I could have my choice of Edelman or Brown (I'm not sure which I like better). This trade pretty much upgrades my QB and upgrades my RB by a tiny bit. I take a hit losing Gronk but I have Jared Cook on my team also and am willing to ride the season with him (I'm a high believer in Cook). What do you think? Should I take it? And if so, should i take Antonio Brown or Julian Edelman?
QB- M. Ryan, T. Pryor RB- A. Morris, L. Bell, A. Ellington, C. Ivory, M. James, D. Martin WR- J. Nelson, A. Brown, J. Boykin, D. Heyward-Bey, TE- J. Graham, C. Fleener
I'd do this deal and take Brown over Edelman. I like Edelman as long as one of Gronk/Amendola is out, but when both return his value is a little murky. This is an upgrade everywhere but TE, but having Cook to fill in for Gronk helps a lot. You offset the downgrade at TE with your upgrades elsewhere. It's not a slam dunk trade, but it's one that I think you come out ahead on.
well, in that case, lol, i like your ugrade at qb. i like trich in indy for sure, but martin should still be more valuable in ppr league. (if yours is ppr). the losing gronk part is tough, but cook is a nice option to have. good luck, and thanks for your input.
PPR for QB, RB, WR; 1 pt. per 10 yds.; 6 pt. TD; 1 pt. per 15 return yds. QB: Rodgers, Stafford RB: McCoy, Foster WR: Cobb, Cruz TE: Bennett W/R: Spiller Bench: Edelman, Gordon, Garcon, Gronk, SJax, Fitzpatrick, Woodhead
I like the Trich, Gronk, and Wilson side a lot more. Those 3 have the higher upside. If you couldve asked for a higher caliber receiver than Edelman or Brown then I think you wouldve won. Its not a bad trade, just think you couldve done better.
