I think he wants it as his sig, that is why it is so big. If you want it as your av that will work, go to http://www.gifworks.com If you want it as your sig your best bet would be to do what I said, copy and paste it into your sig spot.

Try going to gifworks.com That should help or here is a link:

Try compying and pasting just the link in the box. Or you can save it to your PC and upload it from there. After you get in go to edit, then resize.

sorry for my ignorance but GIFworks wont work because he gave the image to me in jpg format and it is 3 bytes too large for my signature

If it is not the pixel size you can try to get him to fix it and if he can't ask menyak. He should be able to get it for you. I don't know how to do that kind of stuff.

If it was 10kb it should have worked. I don't know why it wouldn't have.
