Your take on the playoffs

Postby 49ers Forever » Tue Dec 16, 2003 10:54 pm

Seed the playoffs in each conference, then go through, week by week, to the superbowl. See how good predictions are....

NFC
1. Philadelphia
2. St. Louis
3. Carolina
4. Green Bay
5. Dallas
6. Seattle

AFC
1. New England
2. Kansas City
3. Indianapolis
4. Cincinatti
5. Tennessee
6. Denver

2nd Round
NFC
Philly over Seattle
St. Louis over Green Bay
AFC
New England over Indy
KC over Tennessee

Superbowl
New England over St. Louis

Your 2nd round scenario couldn't occur. The #1 seed plays the lowest seed to emerge from the wild card round. In your scenario, that would put New England vs Tennessee, not Indianapolis.

I am assuming you meant NE over Indy, based on your divisional playoff round. It happened to me, too.
