Roster Avice - dealing with inuries to key players.

So every year I play in a rather skill testing cash league. Every year the entry fee goes up. It's a Yahoo sports league. It's a 2 QB league, 0.5 PPR, 4.5 points per passing tds. 2 point penalty for lost fumbles and interceptions. We try to make the settings as skill testing as possible.

Our setup is -
2QB
2RB
2WR
1TE
2WR/RB/TE Flex
1 DEF
No kickers

From the moment I drafted my team, with the first overall pick, I took Aaron Rodgers. I was fine with that and stand by it. My next two picks are something I regretted immediately. I took Alfred Morris and Dez Bryant. I really feel like I should have gone RB RB there.
Rounds 4-5 I took Roddy White(not knowing of his injury) and Rob Gronkowski.
Round 6-7 I took Lamar Miller and Daryl Richardson.

Here is my full roster, though I already have made a lot of moves.
QB - Aaron Rodgers, Joe Flacco, Josh Freeman, Jake Locker(picked him up this week)
RB - Alfred Morris, Lamar Miller, Daryl Richardson, Isaiah Pead, Ahmad Bradshaw
WR - Dez Bryant, Roddy White, Kenbrell Thompkins, Miles Austin
TE - Jared Cook, Rob Gronkowski
D - Broncos

I'm starting off 1-2. I sort of expected that given the absence of Gronkowski, especially after week 1 when I found out the severity of R White's ankle sprain.

Here is my current watch list -
RB Shane Vereen, Christine Michael, Daniel Thomas, Marcel Reese, Brandon Bolden,
Da'Rel Scott, Andre Ellington, Robert Turbin
WR Darrius Heyward-Bey, Corradelle Patterson, Aaron Dobson, Kenny Stills, Stephen Hill, Jacoby Jones, Donnie Avery, Santana Moss, Leonard Hankerson, Jason Avant, Michael Crabtree, Percy Harvin
TE - Coby Fleener, Charles Clay, Tyler Eifert
QB - Mike Glennon

Worth noting, every single starting QB has been taken. I have Mike Glennon watch listed in case Freeman gets benched. If a player isn't listed here it is safe to assume that they are owned.

What if any free agent pick ups would you do to strengthen this team? I really don't want to hit 1-3. It is Aaron Rogers bye week however. I don't want to hit panic mode this early, but between injuries to Richardson, Austin, White and Gronk, I am strongly considering a trade.

Can you experts see any potential trades that would help me add much needed depth and strength to my team? The only one that comes immediately to mind is Aaron Rodgers. I'm not really sure what sort of return on investment I should get for my first round pick. If I were to trade him, I'd want a solid skill position player as well as a solid QB.

Anyway, thanks for all the input. I'm relatively new here, but this is my 7th season of fantasy football.
