Depends if you need the upside. Safer bet would be Bernard.

Rookie WR's scare me. I'd prefer GioVANNI given the steady rise in snaps he's in on.

I think Gio's your guy. BJGE's presence is annoying as hell and really caps Gio's value, but the good news is Gio's snap count is on the rise and he continues to run well. Allen has looked grat over the past couple of weeks and the SD offense is humming, but I would err on the side of the safe play here and start Gio. If you have a tough matchup and really need a home run, though, I have no problem with you starting Allen.
