Brown/L Bell for Cruz/Spiller Whir

Postby bale » Mon Oct 14, 2013 11:25 am

This trade is on the table for me. Thinking of doing it. I think Cruz and Brown are a wash, I see Spiller as an upgrade over LeVeon Bell. I think Johnson will have a decent 2nd half while Ellington looks to be locked into a timeshare. I also think I could flip Johnson for RB depth if he has a couple of good games. I think this helps both of us, am I making a lateral move here or getting an upgrade? WHIR. Thank you.

My
A Brown
L Bell
A Ellington

for

His
Cruz
Spiller
S Johnson

My team:

12 team, 1 pt PPR
QB WR WR WR RB RB TE FLEX

Romo, E Manning
R Bush, Sproles, D Wilson, L Bell, Ellington
D Thomas, B Marshall, A Brown, R White, Harvin, T Wright
J Graham, Gronkowski
Yay for Offensive Coordinators!!!

I think I'd take it. Xruz is one of those game changer WRs and Spiller is going to get better imo. I think I'd taker it.

I like it for you. Cruz and Spiller both have very high up sides.
Leaves your starting lineup completely stacked at WR.

If this is a redraft league I would accept the trade as is. If its a keeper/dynasty I would stay put for now or possibly offer a counter without losing two up and coming RB's in the process.

id stay put...Cruz is the better receiver but you need to take into account the Eli factor. Check out the next matchups and if you need Eli will manage to throw to his own team than Cruz will do well. As far as Spiller goes...i just dont trust him.
