I've been offered Megatron for my vjax straight up, is this a no brainier and I'm over thinking? is Calvin too risky?

Rb: Spiller, Charles, Bryce Brown, Fred Jax, D.Brown, Ogbonnaya
Wr: V-Jax, Boldin, D-jax, T.williams, Collie

I would do the deal as well. There is too much uncertainty in TB to rely on VJax as a #1 WR for the rest of the season.

Vjax had his bye, Calvin had his in week 9, is this a factor I should consider or an afterthought?

It's definitely something to consider, but I think the talent gap here is so great that it trumps the bye week situation. You're selling VJax high and buying Calvin low--great deal, IMO. I think the other dude is panicking after Megatron's DNP in week 5 and pedestrian showing in week 6.
