Standard scoring, 12 team league QB Phillip Rivers RB Lesean McCoy, Demarco Murray WR Jordy Nelson, Wes Welker TE Vernon Davis FLEX Harry Douglas BENCH BenJarvis Green Ellis, Zac Stacy, Garret Graham, Kenbrell Thompkins, Bryce Brown, Joique Bell
Im the leading scorer in the league 2nd place is 130pts behind me. I really like my bench depth but i want to get a stud starter. I looked at everyones roster and here are some trade ideas i had.
Harry Douglas, Joique Bell, Zac Stacy for Doug Martin ( he has Reggie) or Welker and Stacy for Reggie
Harry Douglas for Randall Cobb
Harry Douglas and Zac Stacy for Hakeem Nicks
I think im giving up alot in these deals if i were to send them? Tell me what you guys think. Give me advice on players to trade for, or just keep what i got. Post a link of your question below and ill be happy to offer my advice
Your first and second offers are probably your best bet. I fear in the first one you might be giving up a little bit too much for Martin, but you you don't see yourself getting any use out of Zac Stacy, I might do it. Personally, I think Zac Stacy could end up being a solid flex or RB2 play by the end of the year. I actually kind of like the second trade. Randall Cobb could be a nice addition come playoff time for you. You wouldn't normally think about trading away for an injured player, but I don't think giving up Douglas is too bad, if you think you can survive at WR until Cobb gets back.
Cobb's at 6-8 weeks I think? That's week 14...dunno if that makes sense for you.
To be honest, I don't know if any of these make sense for you in a standard league. Almost every choice you have there (Reggie, Cobb, Nicks) will likely be of lower value in that format. Welker is as well, but he's become a red zone target with Manning, and is putting up decent yardage. I guess Reggie has some monster yardage games as well. He's who I'd target personally, but I'd try to see if he'll bite on something like Douglas/Nelson/Stacy for Reggie.
The Martin deal is solid, but it's probably also the lowest return.
