I'm being offered a trade in 10 team, PPR league. Currently tied for 1st at 5-1.
From me: A. Peterson W. Welker J. Gordon
From him: E. Lacy D. Martin A. Jeffries M. Colston R. Randle
My lineup right now: P. Rivers, A. Peterson, B. Powell, D. Thomas (DEN), W. Welker, G. Olsen, J. Gordon, KC Def, A. Henery Bench: J. Bell, J. Snelling, R. White, C. Clay, J. Reed, R. Wilson, A. Pettis
My team potentially: P. Rivers, D. Martin, E. Lacy, D. Thomas (DEN), A. Jeffries/M. Colston/R. Randle, G. Olsen, A. Jeffries/M. Colston/R. Randle/R. White (when healthy and back)/C. Clay, KC Def, A. Henery
I wouldn't do that. Don't fix what isn't broken. You are in first place and this trade would have you trading away 3 great players for a bunch of question marks. Because of your WR depth, I would consider maybe trading away just Josh Gordon or Wes Welker, but I don't think you should trade away 3 of your core players, as your team is 5-1. That is a terrible trade. You would lose at every aspect. 3 great players who are playing at a high level. Higher than anybody you would receive. I wish the AP owner in my league would consider a trade like that. Offered him TRich + Cobb + Garcon for AP and he didn't take it (among others; obvi. before cobb's injury)
im going to have to echo the 2 prior answers. Colston has been so disappointing this year. Gordon is on a tear much to my surprise. and welker is in the best offense in the league, the yardage isnt there but hes had a touchdown in every single game which is crazy to think.
