Bye week help plus set up for future deal? WHIR!!

Postby Pack83 » Tue Oct 15, 2013 9:28 pm

I've been offered Witten for Miller. I'm tempted to take it for a couple of reasons. First, it'll help this week at TE with Graham on his bye and maybe for longer if his injury is more serious than they're saying now. Second, if Graham comes back healthy after the bye I'm thinking I can package Witten and perhaps Jackson for help at WR. Miller hasn't done much so far but does anybody think he'll flip the switch soon? Should I do the deal and try to get a WR next week or stand pat? Leave a link and I'll help you too! Thanks.

QB: Rodgers

WR: Nelson, Cruz, Jeffery, Colston

RB: Peterson, Bell, McFadden, Spiller, Jackson, Stacy, Miller

TE: Graham, Cumberland

K: Tucker

D: Ryans, Lee, Bowman, Cushing, Kendricks, Thomas

6/TD, 1/20 yds rush, rec., 1/50 yds pass, 1/tackle, .5/asst, 3/sack, int.

You have enough other RBs, that I would do that. If I were you, I might even consider moving Graham and just keeping Witten. You would get a lot bigger return.

I would definitely do it with your depth at RB. Use Witten this week and then package him up for another upgrade somewhere.

Help with mine?

I like the forward thinking here. I agree with the first response that Graham would probably get you a bigger return - but I'd hold on to him. He's going to win you playoff games (if you get there), don't get too cute. Witten and Jackson should get you a solid WR2 no question, I'd go with that plan. Nice work if you can maneuver it all! Good luck!
