Aw, that sucks for Favre. As for the game, it definitely doesn't help GB's chances.

I don't think so. Oakland will just put 10 in the box to stop the run. I'm not sure who it helps, but it hurts Driver and Walker.

Berman mentioned at halftime that Favre is questionable. Favre owners, keep your eyes peeled for any further info...
Thank you Patriots for the 2 Super Bowl Championships!!!

LOL...Here's my situation.

16-team league with my starting QB this week of Ric Mirer (other choice was McCown). Playing for 5th place.

Who's more valuable: A completely healthy Mirer playing or an inactive Favre??

Our league counts negative poitns, so the decision isn't THAT easy :o)

I'd probably be inclined to pick up and start the GB backup QB before I'd start Rick Mirer.

Hell of a way for the consecutive starts streak to end.
Condolances to the Favre family and friends.

You know, I can see Favre still starting the game and "doin' it for Daddy." He is such a competitor and he got that from somewhere - likely his father, like most of us did.

Condolences to the Favre family.
