Events, such as this seem to put our NFL concerns, not to mention fantasy concerns, into a sharper, though more tragic, perspective. Although in the heat of battle, we may not always always percieve it, there are far more important things in life for all of us than football.
58, far too young for a man, who by all accounts was a great father, teacher, coach and family man. My thoughts go out to the Favre family. We should all put aside our trivial fantasy concerns on this one, and say a prayer for the family. RIP
