Where do you think TO will end up? If it is Philadelphia, as quite a few people have suggested, does this bring Donovan McNabb back into the top 5 or even top 3 of fantasy QBs? Also, on a lesser note, what about Darrell Jackson, after a solid season he is also a free agent.

i dont know if Andy Reid and co. will want to open the vault up to another offensive player. and i thnk Seattle would be making a big mistake if they didnt resign DJ cause KRob proved this year he indeed is NOT the man.

He is older, which probably means his skills are in decline.
He is an ex-star, which means he will demand top dollar for what he did the last 8 years.
Only a team who feels they are in desperate need of the WR help with a track record for shelling out top dollar for vets would do so. That definitely excludes Philly.
Teams that would benefit him/need him in 2004.
Oakland: Seems the best fit. They are known for being a veteran's graveyard, especially for ex-49er stars.
Baltimore: Call it my sleeper pick. They don't really have any stand out guys there, just a bunch of castoff vets and underacheving young guys.
New England: I don't think Terrell would like the cold, but they'd be a good fit. New England seems content to build internally through the draft and they have a few rising stars at WR anyway.
Detroit: That would be strange, if TO followed Mooch to the Lions, but he'd be a good compliment to rising star Rogers.
Atlanta: Where most of the speculation has him going. Peerless Price would probably be pretty salty. Can T.O. play second fiddle starwise to Michael Vick?

I really doubt TO's skills are seriously in decline at 30 years old. He should still be a top 5 WR, at the least, on the right team. Problem is, Terrell has burned a lot of bridges (which he probably didn't even realize existed) with his antics and attitude. The "right team", probably wants no part of him. Smart organizations are going to stay away from him and his disruptive behavior.
So, I'm looking at Oakland as the leading candidate.

thinking about it more i cant see a smart super bowl contendor like Philly, New England, Tennessee or any team of that calibre going after a noisy, trouble raising star like TO or Meshawn

I see Oakland as being a natural progression for T.O., but what about Miami? I don't know about the salary cap scenarios, but the weather is warm, They (hopefully) be dumping Wannstedt and might want to feature a more explosive passing game to compliment Rasta.
