Interesting Trade - Should I ??

Postby SupaFreak » Thu Sep 05, 2002 1:19 am

Here's my team:

Culpepper, Plummer

C. Martin, Staley, Hambrick, J. Allen

Holt, D. Jackson, Muhammad, Westbrook, Freeman, Toomer, M. Robinson, Hakim

Heap

Elam

Cleveland D

The trade offer has me sending Darrel Jackson and Antonio Freeman in exchange for Deuce McAllister. Does this weaken my WR's too much, or should I take it?

TRADE

Postby nwomel » Thu Sep 05, 2002 2:03 am

;-D TRADE! TRADE! TRADE! Duece would make a huge impact for your team. He will definately make a bigger difference then Freeman and Jackson. You will then have a stud backfield, while not really hurting your wideouts. Holt and Muhammad will do great! Remember 2 years ago Muhammad had 100 balls or so. He is the man a Carolina and someone is going to get the ball. Good Luck!

Do it in a heartbeat. I think Toomer will have a better year than Muhammed though. Remember who's throwing to him Rodney Peete!

Take it. I'm far more concerned about the lack of strength and depth among your RBs than your WRs.

Agreed

I agree with everyone. Take is now, before they change their mind. No one wants to catch balls from Hasslebeck anyway. :-B

Take it

I would take that trade for sure. It gives you 4 solid every week players in Culpepper, Martin, Duece, and Holt. And the other WR can be filled in with whichever remaining guy has the best matchup that week.

Go for it. It makes me wonder what the other guys team looks like to offer that trade. ;-D

Agreed. Then pick up another RB to shore up your lineup. You might want to get some insurance for Martin (Jordan), or get insurance for someone else's stud RB.
