That's a contrary statement, but sadly true and just the reason that many a head coach would think twice before accepting a job there, IMO. It's a shame cause all they ned is some O-line help and they would be much better than they look.

Did you miss the qualifier of "Hopefully (but I doubt it)" before that statement of mine you quoted? Not contrary at all.

Just adding my own opinion to it. I think Snyder has learned how to let others do their jobs, but he still wants to be too active in decision making. Were I he, so would I. Sorry if I took your quote out of context.
