All Redskin Fans should love hearing this!! both of ya...hehehe
Joe Gibbs, the Hall of Fame coach who led the Washington Redskins to three Super Bowl titles in the 1980s and early '90s, is in serious discussions with the team about returning to be its head coach, sources with connections to Gibbs through his auto-racing interests and other ventures said last night.
Wow, this is huge news.....I thought he traded football for NASCAR for good.
If this happens, the Redskins will be a scary team to face in a couple years. One of the best coaches ever, teamed with an owner willing to spend any amount to win.
I have heard Gibbs in so many interviews say that there is no chance that he would return to coaching football. He say he loves what he does and there is no way that he is going to give up the cars that he owns and go back to football
Even though I would love to see it happen it will not......the chance of Gibbs returning to coaching is about the same as Barry Sanders coming out of retirement!!!!

Gibbs would be just what the doctor ordered for this ailing franchise. A Head Coach who is in it for the passion and not the money! Gibbs has enough of his own, that he can get back to the nitty gritty. He won't have to follow Snyder's wishes and be at his beck and call just because he signs the paychecks. It wouldn't suprise me too much if Gibbs even had a clause or two put into his contract stating that he (Gibbs) would have more say in the Players, Free Agents and Coaches (hiring/firing aspects in all areas).
Believe it or not Rosie, but it looks like this really could happen. So I think you may wanna tell Barry to start lacing up his cleats here soon!!
Well this is good news for Skin's fans....This could be the best thing Snyderbrenner has done for his squad,,,,I really hope he can turn this thing around,,,not because I like the skins but cuz it friggin GIBBS man welcome back coach.
