The PS2 is the only one that you can play online with. Other than that I can't tell you anything else.

I am almost positive that they are all the same as far as the game goes. I know you can't play online with anything but PS2 but if you don't mind that I would get XboX. I like Xbox controllers better, I have played both PS2 and Xbox. Gamecube is just as good with graphics but you can't play online with really anything with GC. If you don't care about online play I would get a Cube just because it is cheaper. Owner mode is tight from when I rented it. You cans et your prices and build your stadium if you have the money.

Ps2's advantage = online
Xbox's advantage = prettier graphics

really depends on what you're looking for - an extra game mode, or the feel of the game...also, which controller you prefer. Both games are almost identical aside from those two aspects. I'd say PS2 if you can get it online

I'd get it for the XBOX. Sports games take up a lot of space on memory cards, and the XBOX has that hardrive on it that I guess gives you unlimited space (I have one with a lot of saved games on it and it still says I have "50,000+ blocks available").

Unless you really care about online play, go with the XBOX.

If you're looking for a harddrive the PS2 is going to be putting one out soon I hear. Not sure of the cost but I hear that it's going to be kinda high.

This one brakes down easily.

If online play is important to you, get the PS2.

If you don't want to play online, and you are rich and care alot about graphics, get the xbox.

If you don't want to play online, and aren't rich, get the Gamecube, you'll save about 100 bucks.

The online play really makes Madden 2004, so I would strongly suggest PS2.

I am pretty sure that you have to pay to play online so keep that in mind. How much is it Hawk? Is it per month?
