PACKERS blew it BIG TIME

Postby BESMIRCHED » Sun Jan 11, 2004 8:32 pm

omg...the game was the packers to win...

so many damn mistakes...

they decided not to go for it on 4th and 1?...when they have green who ran all over the eagles...

4th and 26 yards and they let mcnabb throw it right down the middle with no coverage...

they cant stop duce on the previous play leading up to the GW FG...missed tackles all over...it would of @ least been a 40+ yard field goal...

coaching staff and players dont even know the rule book...calling back to back timeouts...

Fire 'em all!!!!!!!

Some of the worst coaching I've seen all year. Teams just can't make these kind of mistakes and win playoff games.

I guess even angels can't make Mike Sherman call the right plays.

lets not forget that aker smissed an easy one and the pack scored an imposing whole three points form the second quarter on. oh yea, and they could score on first and goal from the five. give credit where credit is due. mistakes? whatever ... that is a cop out. the second pack td and the pass to set up the field goal were fifty fifty balls that went their way.

'4th and 26' will ring in the ears of the Packer fans like '41-0' and '4th and 17' still ring in Viking fans ears many years later.

hahahahahaha

lol...true!!

i still can't believe all the extra 10 yd penalties the Philly Offense recieved, and yet they were getting a first down the very next play. the 4 and 26 just happened to stand out the most. how many 2nd and 20's did mcnabb just run up the middle to convert? or hand off to staley to run up the middle? suddenly the GB Dline is made up of that holey cheese they love to pack up there in GB.

That was a hell of a game...the Pack had plenty of opportunities to win and now they'll have the whole off season to think about it.

I just want to know what Brett Favre was thinking on that last throw? Yeah he was getting blitzed and had to get rid of it quick....but to just throw it down the middle of the field...up for grabs? I guess it's been working for awhile now for him.
