Avs and sigs

How do you get customized avatars and sigs with your name in them like the ones I'm seeing all over the cafe.

I got my signature from M_Zimm. deftdelivery also does them. You can make your own using some image software.

As for avatars, unless you want something specific, I just went to google and typed "avatar" and found a few websites that had a small gallery.
