The only way to get better is all-madden. If you play too long on other settings you'll be way too accustomed to being able to get away with being careless with the football.

When I get mine I am going to try to start out at all-pro and when I get a little better go straight to all-madden, don't care to mess around with rookie and those...

Might want to try and couple of exhibition games on All-Madden and see how you do.

Go to settings=>Game=>A.I.

scroll to Computer|defense

raise awareness, knockdowns, break block, int's, tackling, etc. to your liking.

I have...and I created a huge advantage for the CPU with the sliders...
my problem is, it's very easy to pass the ball, even with awareness and knockdowns jacked all the way up. However, it's very difficult to run the ball. As I increase awareness, the CPU is able to cut into the holes a lot easier. I decreased the CPU's break block, but as I do that, they cannot sack me as much. So basically, I am able to pick apart defenses, while averaging only 3.0 ypc on the ground
