I'm sure "CKY" rocks, but just a little history lesson for you kids, I sported a badass Mohawk in 1979 and saw the Dead Kennedys, Black Flag, Fear, X, Minor Threat, Gang of Four, Clash, and pretty much every other punk band of the age (and have one fake tooth, a bad attitude, and a coupla scars to prove it). Right now, most of the so-called punk bands are simply "boy-band punk", punk rock spoon fed to you by the biggest, baddest, wealthiest corporate record labels. Rebellion sold to you by the highest bidder. Eat it up, slurp, slurp...

dont even get me started on the bands such as good chalott, sum41 and others. if you look at CKY and thier fan base you will know that they are not a manufatured sound and they are not a boy band style "rock"group. if you really think that the are a manufatured sound that are whoring for the record label it might interst you to know that they have had steady record sales over the last about 10 years. that shows taht they are not a "flavor of the week" kind of band but a fucking amazing rock band. ooo man they are anything but the "whores" of the record labels. NEVER EVER SAY TAHT AGAIN
if they ddint like the jackass publicity so much then they shouldnt have been in that damn jsckass movie and the jackass cable show. they are just tryign to get there music out to everyone the only way they can. they arent good enough to be signed onto a major label. they would jump at the chance if they had it IMO.

Yes, seen 'em all, but really, "too drunk to f*@k" was a simple rip on the whole frat boy mentality, as was "Holiday in Cambodia" and "Nazi Punks F*@k off". Classics all...
Funny, the lead singer , Jello Biafra, got beat up by some "so-called" punks in San Fran a few years back, because, as they stated, "freakin' sell-out". At the time Jello was half a million dollars in debt from fighting a pornography charge for including a H.R. Geiger ("Aliens" movie designer) poster in one of his album sleeves. Dumbasses. Nothing more punk than the First Amendment.

i respect your oppinion, BUT they have been offered to be signed by a major record label and they declined. they put thier msuci on jackass because its good music and the brother of the drummer is Bam margera and they all came from the smae town as the jackass dudes ( it was just natural to put thier music in). i know that you dont mean to piss me off but i think that you shold look into thier music before you start to make these comments
