2. John Kasay kicking the Ball out of Bounds- C'mon This is the Superbowl absolutley no excuse. How hard is it to keep the ball in bounds. :-t

Kasay bites,no argument there but I think Fox made the right call...it's 21-16 early in the 4th quarter...it's a hard fought game where yards have been tough to come by...you gotta get your team back within 3,had he known Muhs was gonna get the longest TD reception in SB history on their next possession then maybe he would have thought differently...unfortunately it doesn't work that way.

i agree i dont see why people thought this was such a bad move. hindsight is 20/20, id ont think most sportswriters udnerstand that. u have to take risks sometimes to be successful, somethign john fox has done the whole season.

Carolina's 2 mistakes going into the SuperBowl - 1) believing the PR from Coach Belichick that they "never run the ball" in New England. Fox apparently bought that line (and after watching the Pats all season, who wouldn't) and set up his Def to beat Brady - and A. Smith made them pay just enough. 2) Carolina Special Teams. Just YIKES! That's one coach I'd fire if I was running Carolina's club. They sucked from one end to the other and topped it off with the game critical Kasay kick out of bounds.
Thank God for Football Season.

1.) No run game
2.) No D
3.) Special teams break down

i bleive you can't fumble forward in the last 2 minutes? of the half. you can only recover at the spot I believe. I knwo someone did it in the playoffs, and it was ruled illegal the enxt season. but they should have a play on the last return, pathetic.
