Anyone else drowning out there?

Being around the same region as Deft and DiHall it has been pouring all day here too. What makes it worse is that it is about 40 degrees so it could snow if it was a little colder but instead it is just more miserable.

Consider yourselves lucky, after the past couple weeks I've got five foot snow banks at the end of my driveway, with another two inches still on the driveway. Guess I should take care of that...

Rather the rain than what TO got today

I think snowed, hailed, sleet, frozen sleet, fog, rained all in the 8 hours I was at work today and it is only 20 to 9 and the day aint over yet!!!

I know its been snowing here like twice a week....everything closes but the good ole car lots dammit, thats about 100 cars I gotta help clean everytime it snows ......come on spring

It rained for about 24 hours on Friday and melted all the snow I didn't shovel. Worked out well for me.

All was much better yesteday and not totally cloudy today, a little sun here and there. However, calling for rain again tomorrow all day and maybe Wednesday. I have to say, I think I dislike winters in the south as much as in the north. The only difference is that it doesn't continue to rain and be gray for 4 months in the south. You're right Zimm, I do live not far from Atlanta, so not to worry NittanyLions, not close to you. I'm sure that you all are getting more yuck than us though. Hope all of you have had some ray of sun every once in a while!
