You can do what I did and use a screen capture program or..

1.Control+Print Screen
2.Open MS Paint
3.Paste into MS Paint and save it

LOL!

You can't just link to your My Documents folder unless you're running a webserver. You could always upload the pic to a Yahoo or Geocities account then link to that.
