Ravens are 0.43 million richer than the Eagles. Terell Owens in Baltimore.. ;-D ;-D ;-D .

the steelers are already releasing 4 players that should bring them back to even

Oh great! there goes TO's career and fantasy value straight down the drain. Who's gonna pass to him? A.Wright? He sucks.
Does he even know how to throw the ball more than 20 yards?

I honestly think the best place for TO is stay right in SF. Whether it's Garcia or Rattay, he's got a better shot at being a good fantasy player there than anywhere else. I'm not even convinced that McNabb would be good for him either

so what happens to teams over the cap now? do they HAVE to be under the cap before they can play or what?

None of T.O.'s options look very good...

He'd be a bad fit in Baltimore since Boller can't throw. He'd need to learn to catch passes with his feet if he winds up in Philadephia (although if McNabb can hit his receivers like he was during the playoffs, it's completely different). I don't think anyone in the 49ers organization want T.O. back after all that he did this season.
