Thinking about starting a new dynasty league this year. Who would have the best host site for a 12 team 25-30 man roster league. I am not a computer guy at all,plus it be good if had some kind of FA system build into it. The cost needs to be low also.

Yea, myfantasyleague.com is pretty nice. It's not too expensive either. If you have a 10 team league it is like 7 bucks a team.
I've been very happy at http://www.rtsports.com/. I'm in 2 keeper leagues and 1 dynasty league on that site and have never had a complaint. It's a pay site so it may be more than you want to spend but once you split the cost among the owners it's reasonable. It stays up all year and has a lot of nice features.
I use Fanball.com...open all year...it was $50 for a league of up to 30 teams....great value....not sure what the price will be in for '04 but if it even jumps to like $75 its still well worth it.
It has FA System, FAAB, customized rankings..etc.
And they are becoming known for their customer service...which is the best in the business right now.....you can talk to their designers in the forums.
I perfer myfantasyleague.com . I used it for the first time and had no problems. They have a cool e-bay style auction draft.
Yahoo is OK, but I need more than what Yahoo offers for free. http://www.rtsports.com is good too. Never used it, but have heard a lot of good things about it.
Sporting events are family events. If you can't watch your language for 3 hours then stay home.
