From what I've heard, the 49ers take a 8.5 million cap hit if they trade or release Garcia, which makes it pretty unlikely to happen. If it does happen, they still won't have room to sign any free agents anyway. Fantasy wise anyway, Garcia has been a top 5 QB whenever he has played, so I am hoping he remains a starter somewhere next year; he definitely has more fantasy potential than Brunell.

As a Brandon Lloyd keeper owner, I'm hoping they cut Garcia and usher in the Rattay era! Rare good guy in the NFL, but fantasy is separate from reality. Cut him.

Lloyd's got potential, but I think he's too young to step into a starting role this early.

I don't know, I think Baltimore has two up and coming QBs in Boller & Wright.
