Is that implying the Tim Rattay will perform like Kurt Warner will in 2004 (i.e. horribly) or Tim Rattay will play in 2004 like Kurt Warner did in his prime (i.e. total awesomeness)?
His prime. Only it won't be quite the same, since Warner got his job from an injury.
...And the part about Kurt Warner having some talent around him at the time.

So Garcia would go from having to deal with Owens to having to deal with Boston. Which is worse? Although, Garcia to Boston could be very popular next year with a LT to dump off to once in a while.
wow theyre offense is going to be scary next year (in a bad way)...rattays value went up cause he will probably be the starter, but that doesnt mean hell do anything, whiich i doubt he will...

I think suiting up in a 49er uniform brings down Barlow's value. I expect them to be absolutely terrible next year. A head coach who didn't deserve the job, new offensive and defensive coordinators, no talent at QB or WR... Maybe they'll turn into a power rushing team... maybe.

Aside from the new coordinators, that sounds eerily similar to Baltimore.
Kevan Barlow = 2,000 rushing yards.
Ergh, I 'spose with San Francisco's decimated defense (nearly half of the starters are gone) and offensive line (the talented ones are gone) Barlow won't have many opportunities to run around...

PTI said Garcia would likely end up in Dallas or Oakland...
Rat-a-tat-tay is going to have to take over. He is supposedly a good deep ball thrower, so maybe we can go the way of the Vikings and do some chunks to Tai Streets or Brandon Lloyd. I'm definitely looking at Lloyd as this year's Ashley Lelie even with Garcia gone.

Speaking of Baltimore, might they take a shot at landing Garcia?
