Not really new news, but offseason speculation has been known to be entertaining at times.

Oakland already has lost a coach and a general manager to the Bucs. An offensive lineman, running back and quarterback may be the next Raiders to leave one Bay area for another.

Hoping to bolster their offense early in the free-agency signing period, the Bucs are believed to be preparing offers for Raiders free-agent offensive lineman Matt Stinchcomb and running back Charlie Garner.

Charlie Garner may actually have some value next season if this happens.
