All I know is i feel sorry for the giant fans out there. This division has gotten a whole lot tougher now... I expect the redskins to atleast be better then last year. They BETTER atleast win more games. If not, I would think snyder wasted his money.
Trick to it is having low expectation in order for you to be surprise, not disappointed.
the division is easily the toughest in NFL now IMO
redskins might have been the favorite in the division if philly did what they do every year (stand pat)
but they didnt they got kearse and are talking with sf about TO
dallas will continue to improve as well if they get a better rb and maybe qb
eagles, cowboys, and skins could all make the playoffs though
(then the other 3 division winners)
if i was the skins i might have wished i waited for garcia instead of brunell and springs and portis have some question marks
will portis be able to run as well out of denver's system
can springs stay healthy?

I dont really see how you can say he was ever really a problem. He has had some injuries over the last few season but he has played well when healthy. Maybe a change of scenery is all he needs!!!

OK, I see where some of these comments are coming from. Tru enough there are two other good teams in the NFC East, but when you make acquisitions like Portis, Brunell, Springs etc. and already have a good talent base you are likely to be a good team the next season. I have heard many Skins fans arguing about how the Skins will miss the playoffs next year, and I just don't understand it. Are you guys setting your expectations low just in case you aren't a good team. Lastly, you Skins fans can keep telling yourself that everyone is jealous of you, frankly if I was going to be jealous of someone, I would actually pick a team that's done well over the last couple of years.

Wow what an off season. This clearly makes the NFC East the toughest division in the league. Everybody has improved greatly, well except for the Giants. Lets recap: Dallas gets MeShawn and will probably get a starting RB and QB, Washington gets a top flight RB, starting QB and swaps CBs (and remember Champ was not staying no matter what.) Philly gets the pass rusher they need and helps their run game by subtraction. And the Giants announce that Ron Dayne is going to get the ball more. Stunning. Way to keep pace Gaints.

LOL Typical NY teams; the Yanks get A-Rod and now the Giants unleash the Great Dayne LOL
