How does this hurt TO's value since he will have to get used to a new offense? And who are the top ten WRs now with this trade and some of the other moves (Bailey moving and some of the QB moves) in the league?

Sounds like a whole new topic here; and we'll have to wait and see how free agency/trading plays out (and probably the draft with the current crop of reciever talent). Too early to say definitively.

TO's value decreases significantly. First of all, Baltimore is built around rushing and defense. Secondly, accuracy-wise, Boller is no Garcia. I predict Owens will catch something like 70-75 balls next year. I'd probably rank him closer to 10th than top-3.
Heap's value stays about the same. He'll be open more often this year, but being the 2nd receiving option will offset that.
I'd say adding Owens would help Lewis, but it would be foolish to predict a better season for him.
Interesting mix of personalities. Jam Jam, Ray Ray, and now Terrell. Very interesting. I don't see him putting up stellar #'s though. I agree with the previous post, Baltimore is a run first, DE team. He will get the end zone looks though. That's for sure. I didn't see this one coming, but it makes sense to me. I feel bad for Pennington. Maybe the will get Darryl Jackson?

They've always been a run first team because of a lack of anyone with talent to throw to. Now that they have someone of T.O.'s status, I'd imagine they would mix it up a bit more. If not because of that, to at least avoid T.O.'s sideline temper tantrums. I don't like Boller and when a WR moves to a new team, his numbers usually decrease for a year or so. I'd still rank him in the top four or five WRs, though.
The Jets pursued Darrell Jackson last season and they need a WR to take some pressure off of Santana Moss. Hopefully Seattle won't have to overpay him to keep him there.

This is the kind of WR that Billick has been craving. I'd imagine TO will get plenty of looks this year. Maybe he will actually reach for a ball.
The 9ers got SO lucky w/TO missing the deadline. They have the most picks in the first 51 overall (the 51st pick coming from Baltimore) of anyone this year. TO's agent may just be the 9ers MVP this year.

Well, I don't know about in the top 51--an arbitrary cutoff--but the Pats have seven picks in the top 4 rounds. Two ones, Two twos, two fours and a three.
OH, and I think Owens is well worth a number two pick, don't get me wrong... but the Ravens really need some young players through the draft.
